Tenders are invited for Security Services on Competitive Bidding for the Period of 01 St January to 31st December 2026 Provide Security Coverage to the Premises of (1) Tea Research Institute (Tri) and St. Coombs Estate, Talawakelle, (2) Ratnapura, (3) Hantana, (4) Deniyaya, (5) Walahanduwa for the Period from 01st January to 31st December 2026. A Complete Set of Bid Documents could be Collected from 01st December,2025 from Tri, Talawakelle by Submitting the Expression of Interest Attached with the Bank Deposit Note on Payment of a Noil-Refundable Cash Fee of Rs 3,000/- (Three Thousand Rupees only) Per Location to the Current Account No. 03630616 of Bank of Ceylon, Talawakelle under Account Name Tea Research Institute by Individual Security Firms. Sealed Bids Stating Bids for Security Service: Calender Year 2026 - Talawakelle / Ratnapura / Hantana / Deniyaya / Walahanduwa on the Top Left-Hand Corner of the Envelope should be Addressed to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee (Major), Tea Research Institute of Sri Lanka, Talawakelle. The Individual Bid Documents should be Deposited in the Tender Box Kept at the Tri Talawakelle at or before 2.00 p.m. On 22nd December, 2025. For Further Clarifications, Procurement Unit of the Tri could be Contacted on 052 2258201 (Ext 205). Late and Incomplete Submissions will be Rejected. A Pre-Bid meeting will be scheduled for bidders who collected Bid documents at the Tea Research Institute, Talawakelle at 10.00 am on 17th December 2025 via online. Bids will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 22nd December, 2025via online platform where the bidders or their representatives could be present at the opening of Bids.
