Participants In The Procurement: The Municipalities Of Kvænangen, Nordreisa, Skjervøy, Kåfjord, Lyngen And Storfjord. The Value Of The Acquisition Is Estimated At: Nok 15-20,000,000 Ex. Vat Per Year. Maximum Value For The Entire Agreement Period, Including Any Options And Expected Price Increase: Nok 85,000,000 Ex Vat. Estimated Consumption For The Participating Municipalities Is As Follows Per Year: - Lyngen Municipality - Nok 2 Million - Nordreisa Municipality - Nok 4 Million - Kvænangen Municipality - Nok 4-6 Million - Skjervøy Municipality - Nok 2 Million - Storfjord Municipality - Nok 2 Million - Kåfjord Municipality - Nok 2-6 Million The Need Is Uncertain. The Volume Can Vary Both Up And Down, And During The Contract Period Will Depend On, Among Other Things, The Clients Needs, Activities, Budget Situation And Other Framework Factors. For Further Information, We Refer To The Procurement Documents. By Its Nature, This Acquisition Is Assessed To Have An Insignificant Impact On The Climate And Environment, Cf. § 7-9, Fifth Paragraph Of The Regulations. The Reason For This Is That The Procurement Concerns The Purchase Of Consultancy Assistance/Advisory Services Where The Client Is Prevented From Influencing The Climate And The Environmental Impact, Since Requirements And Criteria Which Are Aimed At These Elements Will Not Be Sufficiently Related To The Delivery. Cf. Dføs Environmental Supervisor. Apprentices: The Client Has Assessed The Procurement Against The Apprentice Regulations, Cf. Section 7 Of The Procurement Act. The Main Contract Object Of The Procurement Concerns Services For The Recruitment And Forwarding Of Temporary Workers To The Client. Our Assessment Is That The Expertise Required For This Is Personnel With Extensive, Specialized Experience And Expertise. It Has Therefore Been Concluded That There Are No Requirements For Apprentices In This Procurement. We Further Refer To The Following Provisions With Exceptions In The Apprenticeship Regulations: - The Main Element Of The Framework Agreement Does Not Include Work Where It Is Relevant To Use Labor With A Professional Or Apprentice Certificate, Cf. § 6 (3) Of The Apprenticeship Regulations And/Or - It Is Considered Disproportionate, Because There Is A Need For Specialized Competence That An Apprentice Cannot Be Expected To Possess, Cf. § 6 (4) Of The Apprenticeship Regulations.
