The Task Concerns Determining The Most Advantageous Possible New Route Of The Provincial Road No. 222 Bypassing The Town Of Straszyn. It Is Planned To Carry Out A Broad Analysis Of, Among Others: 6 Variants At The Sk Stage And Min. 3 Variants At The Steś I Stage (Sections Approx. 3 - 8 Km Long) And As Part Of Steś Ii, Preparation Of The Pfu And Feasibility Study Together With Submitting An Application For A Decision On Environmental Conditions For The Most Favorable Variant. The Analysis Should Take Into Account Traffic Conditions, Capacity And Forecasts Of The Neighboring Provincial Roads Dw221 And Dw226, National Roads S6, S7, Dk91, The Tricity Metropolitan Bypass And Their Intersections. The Road May Run Through Suburban, Forest, Agricultural Areas, River And Lake Valleys, Wetlands, Scattered And Compact Residential, Service And Industrial Buildings, Railway Lines And Protected Areas, Among Others. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Key Elements Such As: A) Part 1 - Corridor Study: • Stage I - General Part, Inventory, • Stage Ii - Analyses: Traffic, Road Safety, Environmental Impact, • Stage Iii - Costs And Their Analysis, Planned Financing, Benefits, Multi-Criteria Assessment Of Options, Opinions, Arrangements, Conclusions. B) Part 2 - Technical, Economic And Environmental Study With Elements Of The Program Concept And Materials For The Environmental Decision: • Stage I - Initial Program Concept, • Stage Ii - Program Concept, Functional And Utility Program, Feasibility Study, Preparation Of Materials For The Decision On Environmental Conditions, Including An Environmental Impact Report Along With Submitting An Application For Its Issuance.
