Housing Services – Interior Design And Construction Manager For Municipal Office Housing. The Purpose Of This Assignment Is To Develop A Concrete Design For The Work Floors And The Interior Of The Floors Of The Town Hall And De Doelen In Ede. This In Collaboration With The Municipality Of Ede. The Design Must, On The One Hand, Contribute To An Aesthetic Upgrade Of The Interior, And On The Other Hand, Implement The Recommendations From A Location Plan For Optimizing The Workplace Mix. A Design Must Also Be Made For The Specials Within These Office Buildings, Including:  Reception Hall;  Company Restaurant;  Workplace;  It Helpdesk.  Archive Reading Room Additional Functional And Visual Requirements Apply To These Rooms, In Keeping With The Municipal Identity And Intended Use. The Additional Requirements Will Be Shared After Award. The Designs Must Be Tailored To The Specific Functions And Users Of These Spaces. The Desire Is To Use As Much Of The Existing Interior As Possible In The New Design; This In The Ka The Registration Must Fall Within The Established Budget. The Municipality Has Prescribed A Maximum Budget. The Total Registration May Amount To A Maximum Of €750,000 Excluding Vat. This Budget Ceiling Includes The Revision Clause As Mentioned In Paragraph 1.4 (Below). To Quote Prices, Use The Price Form In Appendix 4.
