Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Osz 1 - Spree-Neiße Future Campus In Forst - Los 8 - Vgv Services In The Performance Profile Of Object Planning Interior Spaces In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai For Equipment/Furniture Planning Services. The Spree-Neiße District Plans To Develop The Location In The Rose Town Of Forst (Lausitz) Into A Future Campus That Enables Future-Proof Technical Vocational Training By Renewing And Expanding The Upper School Center 1 Spree-Neiße (Hereinafter Referred To As Osz 1 Spn) As Well As Building A New Dormitory And Parking Deck. The Redesign/Expansion Of The Osz Is Intended To Take Into Account The Increased Demands And Expectations Of Young People Regarding Their Training And The Changed Training Content As Part Of Digitalization And Technological Development And To Make A Contribution To Securing Regional Skilled Workers. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Awarding Of The Equipment Planning (Service Plan For Interior Property Planning) In Accordance With Hoai §34, Basic Services In Service Phases 1 To 9, If Necessary In Addition To Existing Documents, For The Areas Of Conversion And Renovation Osz 1 Spn As Well As New Construction Of The Dormitory. The Usable Area Totals Around 13,825 Square Meters (Nuf Existing Buildings (A-E) And Nuf Dormitory). The Loose Equipment Should Be Planned In The Existing Buildings, Including For Teaching/Training/Administrative/Social Rooms, Workshops And The Cafeteria/Canteen Area, In Some Cases With Continued Use Of Existing (Technical) Equipment. In The Dormitory, Loose Furnishings Should Be Planned For Common Areas, Sports Rooms And Residential Units, Among Other Things. The Planning Of The Loose Equipment Should Meet All The Requirements Of A Modern School. Applicable Regulations Regarding Safety, Environmental Compatibility And Ergonomics Must Be Taken Into Account (Especially When Creating Service Specifications). Both (Partial) Equipment For General And Specialist Teaching (Including In The Areas Of Automation Technology, Electrical, Electro-Pneumatics And Measurement Technology) Must Be Coordinated And Advertised. The Delivery And Installation Of Newly Purchased Furniture In The Property (If Necessary Initially In The Newly Built Interim Location, Then After Completion Of The Structural Measures In The Renovated/Converted Existing Buildings) Must Be Coordinated And The Room Register Updated. Built-In Furniture And Other Permanently Installed Equipment Have Already Been Ordered As Basic Services In Lot 1. The Relocation Planning For The Furniture/Items Affected By The Move (To The Interim Location And Back To The Renovated Existing Buildings) Is Part Of The Commissioned Services In Los 4. The Interface Between Equipment Planning (Los 8) And Interim General Planning (Los 4) Must Be Determined At The Start Of The Service. Among Other Things, The Following Services Must Be Provided: - Advice To The Client, - On-Site Needs Assessment In Collaboration With Users And In Coordination With The Interim General Planning, - Planning Of The Furnishing Taking Into Account The Other Design Of The Rooms.
