Construction Work – General Renovation Of The Technical College - Ii. Construction Phase - Furnishing Of The Administration And Classrooms. Type And Scope Of Service: 13 Administration Rooms With Desks And Wall Systems, Tables And Chairs; 20 Classrooms With Teacher And Student Tables And Chairs; 2 Computer Rooms With Teacher And Student Tables And Chairs; 35 Pieces Of Gallery Rails In The Hallway And Stairwell Area. The Construction Project Extends To The School Building Built In 1855/56 (Component B) And 1878 (Component A). The Entrance Portal Of The School Building Is A Listed Building. The General Renovation Will Be Implemented In Two Construction Phases (Ba). In The First Construction Phase (I. Ba), Component A Was Renovated. In The Second Construction Phase (Ii. Ba), Component B Will Be Renovated. Construction Data: Net Floor Area (Ngf) Approx. 3,200 M², Gross Volume (Bri) Approx. 14,500 M³, Height Above Ground Approx. 17.50 M The Furnishing Of The Administration And Classrooms Involves The Delivery And Assembly Of The Furnishings From The Basement To The Attic Throughout The Building.
