Ornamental And Pleasure Gardens Maintenance Services – Maintenance Contract For The Lawns And Cleaning Of The City Of Pori 2026 - 2027 + Possible Option 2028. The Maintenance Of The Infrastructure Unit Of The Technical Industry Of The City Of Pori (Subsequently The Customer) Is Requesting Bids For The Maintenance Of Lawns And Cleaning In The Areas Of Pohjois-Pori In The City Of Pori For The Period 01.05.2026 - 30.11.2027 + Possible 1 Option For The Year 2028. The Procurement Is In One Part: Pohjois-Pori (24.64 Ha) Procurement Estimate €100,000 / Year, I.E. €200,000 Decision Value. Maintenance Of Gravel-Surfaced Areas And Plant Groups Is Not Included In The Lawn Mowing Contract. The Lawn Mowing Contract Includes The Following: Mowing Lawns So That The Length Variation Is Between 50 – 170 Mm And 50 – 100 Mm In Parks/Playgrounds, Finishing The Lawn Obstacles Either Mechanically Or Chemically, Collecting Rubbish Before Mowing, Removing Disturbing Clippings, Crushing Or Removing Autumn Leaves With A Mower And Patching Broken Lawns Of Less Than 5 M². Procurement Goals: - Affordable Total Price - Quality Requirements Are Fulfilled And Treatment Measures Have Been Carried Out In Accordance With Quality Requirements - The Contractor Is Capable Of Good Cooperation And Development - Sustainable Development Is Promoted. In Order To Realize The Goals, There Is A Customer For Good And Developing Cooperation, Expecting The Service Provider To Be Active In Developing The Cooperation.
