Works Contract Tr-Cl-9 – Rehabilitation And Expansion Of The Capture And Treatment Facilities Within The Alexandria Water Supply System Consists Of The Following Works: -Rehabilitation Of Adduction Pipelines – Capture Fronts: Laceni Capture Front, Orbeasca Capture Front, Plosca Capture Front, Peretu Capture Front; -Rehabilitation Of The Peretu Exploitation Point Building; -Vedea Treatment Plant Rehabilitation (Peco): Preoxidation; Filtration To Retain Precipitates Formed By Oxidation; Ammonium Removal; Adsorption On Granular Activated Carbon; Reverse Osmosis - Removal Of Chemical Parameters: Arsenic, Lead, Antimony, Nickel; Ph Correction Installation; Final Disinfection. The Treatment Plant Will Be Designed For A Maximum Daily Flow Of 7915 M3/Day; -Rehabilitation Of The Laceni Treatment Plant: Pre-Oxidation; Filtration To Retain Precipitates Formed By Oxidation; Ammonium Removal; Adsorption On Granular Activated Carbon; Reverse Osmosis - Removal Of Chemical Parameters: Arsenic, Lead, Stium And Boron; Water Remineralization; Ph Correction Installation; Final Disinfection. The Treatment Plant Will Be Designed For A Maximum Daily Flow Of 11064 M3/Day. The Contract For The Design And Execution For The Objective Rehabilitation And Expansion Of The Capture And Treatment Facilities Within The Alexandria Water Supply System Includes: A) The Design Activities - The Technical Execution Project, Which Will Include All The Documents Required According To The Legislation And Any Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals And Authorizations; Support For The Beneficiary In Obtaining The Necessary Authorizations And Approvals; B) Construction Works; C) Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; D) Testing And Commissioning; E) Training Of The Beneficiarys Staff. F) Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Warranty Period. G) During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Also Provide Technical Assistance From The Designer, With All The Legal Attributions That Fall To Him For This Purpose. The Duration Of Design And Execution Of The Works, Commissioning Of The Installations And The Period Of Notification Of Defects (Warranty) Is 70 Months, Broken Down As Follows: - Design Stage: 4 Months, - Period Of Execution Of Works And Testing/Commissioning: 30 Months - The Period Of Notification Of Defects (Pnd) Is At Least 36 Months. The Contract Remains Valid Until All Obligations Are Fulfilled By The Parties. The Contract Value Does Not Include Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. In The Value Of The Current Contract Rehabilitation And Expansion Of The Treatment Facilities Within The Alexandria Water Supply System - No Provisioned Amounts Are Provided.
