Construction Work – Revitalization Of A Public Square In The City Of Týn Nad Vltavou. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Complete Revitalization Of The Public Space In The Center Of The City Of Týn Nad Vltavou, In The Area Defined By Puchmayerova, Pod Kostelem, Děkanská Streets, Connected To The Embankment Of The Vltava River And The Adjacent Park, Including All Related Construction And Technical Works, Supplies And Services. The Goal Is To Transform The Existing Parking Lot And Adjoining Space Into A Modern, User-Friendly Public Space With An Emphasis On Pedestrian, Cycling And Community Functions, Sustainable Management Of Rainwater And Strengthening Of Green Infrastructure. The Project Also Includes The Reconstruction Of The Existing Water Supply Line And The Re-Routing Of The Heat Pipe. The Fulfillment Includes In Particular: O Demolition And Demolition Work Consisting In The Removal Of The Building Of Public Toilets, Garage And Existing Staircases, O Construction Of A New Sewage And Storm Sewer System Including Infiltration Elements And Retention Spaces, Water Connections And Connections To Existing Networks, Lv Transitions And Low-Current Lines And New Lv Cable Distributions, O Realization Of A Heat Pipe, Whereby The Material Will Be Supplied By The Heating Company And Only Installation Work Will Be Carried Out; While The Heat Pipe Will Be Invoiced To The Heating Company, About The Realization Of A Pedestrian Zone With Permeable Surfaces (Stone Paving, Grass Grates, Threshed Surfaces), Improvement Of Roadways And Parking Spaces, Construction Of A Cycle Path And Connection With Surrounding Routes, About The Implementation Of Orchard Improvements In The System Of Blue-Green Infrastructure, Including The Planting Of Trees, Shrubs And Greenery, Including Arboricultural Care Of Existing Mature Trees, About The Establishment Of A Water Feature In The Form Of A Fountain With A Lake And Accompanying Elements With An Educational Character (Illustration Of The Flow Of The Vltava), The Construction Of New Residential And Communication Staircases, Retaining Walls And Additional Buildings, The Installation Of New Public Lighting, Benches, Waste Bins, Wheel Stands, An Orientation System And Other Furniture Elements, The Construction Of An Underground Container Stand For Sorted Waste. The Project Documentation Also Includes Building Object 02 – So32 – Reconstruction Of The Heat Pipe, Which Will Be Implemented By The Contractor As Part Of The Overall Coordination Of The Construction. After Completion, This Object Will Be Transferred To The Ownership Of The Company Vltavotýnská Teplárenská A.S., With Registered Office At Budějovická 82, Malá Strana, 375 01 Týn Nad Vltavou, Id Number 62497421, Which Will Also Pay A Proportional Part Of The Price Of The Work For This Part Directly To The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Remains The Sole Contracting Authority Of The Public Contract According To The Zzvz. The Company Vltavotýnská Teplárenská A.S. Is Not A Co-Contractor Within The Meaning Of § 7 Zzvz. All Decisions In The Procurement Procedure Are Made Exclusively By The Contracting Authority. Part Of The Performance Also Includes Ensuring Coordination With Other Construction Plans Implemented In The Affected Area Concurrently With This Construction, In Particular With The Construction Týn Nad Vltavou - Wharf Extension Km 204.91–205.00, Whose Builder Is Povodí Vltava, S.P.
