The Objective Is To Expand The Payment Options Offered To Citizens For On-Street Parking By Allowing Them To Pay For Their Parking Remotely, Via A Platform Accessible On The Internet And Mobile Phone, With Secure Payment By Bank Card. In Addition To The Parking Meters Installed In The Municipality, This Market Will Aim To Set Up A Completely Dematerialized Payment Solution, Allowing Parking To Be Paid Remotely. The Platform Proposed By The Candidate Must Be Accessible Both Via The Internet And By Mobile Phone, Thus Offering Optimal Accessibility To Users. Payment Will Be Made By Credit Card And Must Guarantee A High Level Of Security In Order To Protect Users Against Any Attempt At Fraud. Amount And Estimate: The Contract Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement Executed By Purchase Orders. The Services Of Supply And Access To The Dematerialized Payment Solution, Configuration Of The Platform, Hosting, Corrective Maintenance Of The Solution, As Well As Subscription To The Solution Are Treated At Fixed Prices. The Initial Configuration Of The Solution, Interfacing Of The Solution With A Third-Party System, And Communication Services Are Handled At Unit Prices. Given The Uncertain Number Of Services To Be Ordered, The Contract Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement, Which Is Executed Using Purchase Orders, Within The Meaning Of Articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Order Thresholds To Be Taken, For All Services, Are As Follows: Without Minimum Annual Amount; Maximum Annual Amount: 200,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax. As An Estimate, The Contracting Authority Could Order Up To 150,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax Per Year; This Amount Is In No Way Contractual And Could Be Subject To Change.
