The Material Scope Covered By These Proceedings Includes Construction Works Involving The Development Of The Area At The 4Th Secondary School In Kalisz, Ul. View 96A With The Unsealing Of Impervious Surfaces, Construction Of A Retention Reservoir With An Irrigation System, Development Of Greenery And Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation, Including: 1) Demolition Of The Shot Put Field, Long Jump Jump And The Fence Closing The Courtyard, 2) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Basketball Hoop Mounted To The Wall Of The Building, 3) Reconstruction Of Field Stairs From The Street Side Serbinowska, A Retaining Wall Within The Plot Along Widok Street And A Retaining Wall Next To The Shot Put Field, Surface Layers With Substructure, Access Roads, A Maneuvering Area And Sidewalks And Strips Around The Building, 4) Construction Of Permeable Hardened Surfaces, 5) Construction Of Impervious Hardened Surfaces, 6) Arrangement Of Parking Spaces, 7) Construction Of A Streetball Pitch With Equipment And Ball Catchers, 8) Construction Of Plantings And Green Walls, 9) Construction Of An Automatic Irrigation System, 10) Replanting Of Existing Plants, 11) Construction Of Area Lighting Along With Installation And Connection To The Switchboard, 12) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements, 13) Construction Of A Rainwater Tank With Connection To The Rainwater Sewage Network, 14) Construction Of An External Water Supply System Feeding The Retention Tank, 15) Construction Of An Automatic Irrigation System For Greenery With Power Supply And Control Installation, 16) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Iv Lo Building, 17) Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. 3. The Contractor Will Commence The Execution Of The Order Immediately After Concluding The Contract With The Ordering Party, And Will Complete The Construction Works Within 8 Months From The Date Of Concluding The Contract. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Other Terms Of Execution Of The Order Can Be Found In The Swz And Its Annexes. 5. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law With A Value Not Exceeding Pln 680,000.00. These Orders May Consist In The Repetition Of Works Constituting The Basic Order, In Particular Those Listed In Point 4.2 Of The Swz And In The Cost Estimate Submitted By The Contractor Before Concluding The Contract Or In The Investors Cost Estimate. These Orders May Be Awarded When It Is Beneficial To The Ordering Party Or It Will Improve The Safety Or Use Of The Facility And After Securing Appropriate Financial Resources For The
