Radiotherapy Devices And Supplies – Delivery, Installation And Launch Of An Accelerator For Online Adaptive Therapy Along With Adaptation Of Rooms. The Subject Of This Contract Is: 1) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of An Accelerator For Online Adaptive Therapy With Equipment, 2) Preparation Of Design Documentation To Meet The Functional And Technical Requirements Set By The Device And The Ordering Partys Guidelines, 3) Adaptation Of Existing Rooms (Conducting Construction Works) Of The Radiotherapy Department In Accordance With The Developed And Agreed Project, 4) Configuration And Integration Of The Offered Accelerator With Planning And Management Systems, 5) Preparation Of A Radiological Shield Design For The Offered Accelerator, 6) Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation Of The Devices. The Ordering Party Requires The Offer Of An Accelerator For Online Adaptive Therapy Along With The Necessary System For Planning And Managing The Adaptive Radiotherapy Process With The Following Characteristics: 1) An Accelerator Generating Photon Radiation With A Potential Accelerating Value Of 6Mv, Equipped With An Mlc Collimator, A Carbon Fiber Therapeutic Table Enabling Correction Of The Tabletop Position In Three Degrees Of Freedom, 2) Integrated With The 3D Kvcbct Imaging System, 3) Using Intensity Modulation Techniques Imrt And/Or Vmat Beams, 4) An Accelerator Constituting An Element Of A System That Allows The Adaptation Of The Treatment Plan Based On The Patients Current Anatomy During The Implementation Of Any Therapeutic Fraction Without The Patient Having To Leave The Therapeutic Table, 5) A System That Ensures The Average Implementation Time Of The Adaptive Radiotherapy Procedure (Imaging, Adaptation Of The Treatment Plan, Quality Control Of The New Treatment Plan, Irradiation) Within A Standard 20-Minute Therapeutic Window, 6) A System That Allows For The Automatic Creation Of Structures And Treatment Plans In The Adaptive Therapy Process, 7) A System Enabling The Implementation Of Treatment Both In The Adaptive Radiotherapy Mode And In The Igrt Mode (Without Adaptation), 8) A System Enabling The Verification Of The Reference And Adapted Treatment Plan By Independent Calculation Of Dose Distribution Using An Alternative Computational Algorithm To The Algorithms Used To Calculate Therapeutic Plans, 9) A Management System Dedicated To Adaptive Radiotherapy Enabling At Least The Transmission Of Demographic Data, Diagnosis And The Patients Appointment Schedule From The Existing Aria System).
