Tender For Project Management Consultancy (Pmc) Services For Construction Of A Defense Systems Group Building With Griha 3 Star (Min) Green Building Rating Of Approximate Built Up Area Of 15000 Sq.Mtrs At Ecil, Hyderabad.. Project Management Consultancy Services for Construction of DSG (Defence System Group) building G+3 floors inside ECIL factory at Hyderabad, Telangana. The scope of work includes Planning & Scheduling of Construction activities, Supervision, Quality Assurance & Control, Joint Measurements & Billing, RA Bill Certification, review of progress, preparation of Management reports, Coordination with ECIL, Contractor or any other authority / entity related to above work, preparation and submission of necessary reports to ECIL authorities and any other Authority/ Statutory Body in compliance and for obtaining Building Completion / Occupation Certificate, Certification of Final Bills of Contractor(s), defect liability support post construction and other details as spelt out in the tender document. Note: The approximate built-up area is 15000 sqm. PMC shall be responsible for registering the project with GRIHA 3 STAR minimum and obtaining final certification.
