Tender For Provision Of Ac Points And Allied Works In Smqs At Af Stn Adampur - Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 metre wide for taking out/ laying pipe line, cable, foundation etc. not exc exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out as in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directedNOTES : Excavation work will be carried out by contractor manually and very carefully without endangering existing underground cables, pipe lines and adjoining structures, if any. In case any damage is caused, the same shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. 2 Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers notexceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Clean dry sand ( locally available) as cushioning for under ground cable 230 mm thick (one layer of 80 mm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 150 mm thickness after laying the cable) complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:- Punned down thickness (over all 180 mm) shall be considered for measurement and payment. 5 M&L for Brick protection with locally available sub class B bricks (old size) laid flat and dry perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, in trenches over the cable complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for Boring holes under road pavement / hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine for inserting & including 150 mm bore HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F, GI pipe light grade with all fittings fixed as termination postal ,fixed to poles/ walls/ under floors/ under road etc including taking down existing pipecomplete all as specified of following size: - 8 40 mm bore 9 80 mm bore 10 Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated heavy duty multi stranded armoured and PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/through pipes including taking down the existing cable , of followingdescription: - 11 35 Sq.mm, 3.5 core 12 150 Sq.mm, 3.5 core 13 NOTE:- Excavation and earth work, brick protection and sand cushning will be measured & paid separatly under respective item of BoQ) 14 Design, fabricate, supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT paneloutdoor type, CPRI approved, dust and vermin proof powder coated415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire with slanting canopy, totally enclosed self supporting structure fully compartmentalized suitable for outdoor use with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands, made out of CRCA sheet 3mm thick with angle iron frame works with suitable legs of ISA 50x50x5mm with four legs grouted PCC (1:2:4) type B1 foundation block, medestal of 30cm height from ground level with suitable nuts, bolts and washers, detachable plate shall be provided at the bottom of the panel with necesary holes suitable for termination of various size of cable comprising the following components/acessories: -(a)Multifunctional meter electronic with suitable CTs, showing Amp, Volt, PF, HZ and other parameter rating Amp upto 500A & volt upto 500V -01 Set.(b) LED indicating lamp for R,Yand B phases-01set (set of three)(c) Internal power & control wiring with suitable size PVC insulated multistranded copper wire(d) Aluminium bus bar of 500 Amp capacity, 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulators. (e) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volt, 315 Amp, 36 kA - 01 Nos. (Incomming).(g)MCCB 4 pole, 415 volt, 100 Amp, 25 kA - 04 No. (Outgoing). 15 S&F, MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps, 415 Volts , 50 Hz , 16 KA adjustable thermal release range including all connections and testing, complate all as specified and directed. 16 S&F Sub main wiring (with approved colour coding as per IS) with single core FRLSHPVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.1 KV grade (main cable: number of runs as indicated below along with single core FRLSH PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.1 KV grade for earthing in conduits, complete all as specified for the following: - 17 2 runs of 4 Sq. mm main cable + 1 run of 4 Sq. mm earth cable 18 2 runs of 6 Sq. mm main cable + 1 run of 6 Sq. mm earth cable 19 4 runs of 16 Sq. mm main cable + 1 run of 16 Sq. mm earth cable 20 NOTES: (i) Conduit & conduit accessories shall be measured & paid for separately.(ii)For payment purposes, total runs of main cable (each run of one running metre) as mentioned above and one run (one running metre) of earth cable shall be considered together as 1 RUNNING METRE 21 S&F Rigid non metallic, PVC concealed conduit, 20 mm bore, medium grade, ISI marked, inclusive of all fitings (such as junction boxes, bends, elbows, tees, reducers, bell mouth tube ends) and all fixing acessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hook etc. for sub main wiring and the like complete all as specified and directed. 22 S&F Sheet metal enclosure for DB for fixing MCB’s, isolators etc., having IP-43 protection, suitable for surface and flush mounting, complete all as specified comprising the following: - 23 SPN, 12 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar, 240 V, double door type. 24 S&F Sheet metal enclosure for DB for fixing MCB’s, isolators etc., having IP-43 protection, VTPN, 4 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar, 415 V, with and including MCCB 4 pole 63 Amp, 16kA., double door type, surface and flush mounting, complete all as specified and directed. 25 S&F MCB suitable for 240 volt AC supply, SP with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 kA, C curve type of rating6 to 32 Amp, complete all as specified and directed. 26 S&F MCB suitable for 240 volt AC supply, SPN with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 kA, C curve type of rating 6-32 Amp,complete all as specified and directed. 27 S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp, 240 volt, breaking capacity not less than 10 kA, complete all as specified and directed. 28 Taking down carefully copper/aluminium sub main wiring complete, including existing batten/conduit consealed/surface etc., removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces due to taking down etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge, complete all as specified and directed. 29 Dismantling of unservisible existing DBs of any description with all accessories and MCBs, isolators etc.and making good surface as per existing, complete all as specified and directed. 30 Taking out old rusted LT panel/ feeder box/ bus bar box and taken in sch of credit complete all as specified and directed. 31 Note :Amount ofcredit for retrieved materials is mentionedin Sch A Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
