1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, erection of poles,struts, stays etc and getting out all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 2 All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but in PCC/floor/road 3 All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3 metre 4 Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles,stays,struts have been erected and tested complete all bend, couplers etc.conforming toIS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc direct in ground (90 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 9 Supplying and laying ofsize 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.conforming toIS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (90 cm below ground level) including excavation and and including two coats of synthetic enamal paint upto 1.50 mtr height having alternative existing strip (white and black or Red and yellow )of 30 cm height each, including one coat ofEpoxy zinc Note:- Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 12 hours after notification, failing to which Rs500/- per day complaint will be recoverd. fault locating with electronic fault locator, excavation and earth work, disconnecting and reconnecting both end of cable, relaying of sand and protective cable covers are deemed to be included in the quioted rate all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: joint kit will be measured seperately in appropriate item in this schedule 81 Labour only for disconnecting LT/HT cable of any size from pole (height 7.5 to 9 mtr) /transformer/panel and re-connecting ofcable at both endafter removing carbon /burnt insulation part of cable by cutting refixing cable withnew cable lugs . The entire repair work to be completed with in 06 hours of instruction from Engr-in-charge all as specified. Note:- Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 06 hours after notification, failing to which Rs 500/- per daywill LT/HT electric line including cleaning upto 3.00 mtr horizontal distance on both sides of OH electric line from ground level of the poles including removing all creepers smal bushes etc of under OH /calibration of HT VCB 400/630 Amps 33 KV of any make by carrying out following job:-(i) Taking out VCB trolly from the panel board.(ii) Removal of dirt,dust & carbon particles by air blower(iii) Cleaning of all moving & fixed contacts of VCB with dry cloth & CRC solution and greasing of moving contacts & gears.(iv) Checking and setting of VCB ON/OFF operation mechanism through TNC & push button and triping relay and adjust the trip setting.(v)Checking tightness of all control wires.(vi) Checking leakage in vacuum interrupter by Hi-Pot test.(vii) Assembly of trolly and testing complete.(viii) Servicing shall be got carried out by authoised rep of the VCB manufacturer and the service engineer submit a service report of each VCB with detais of settings perameter.Note: Spare parts shall be undertaken through authorised service centre of OEM as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 97 Overhauling/ servicing /calibration of HT VCB 400/800 Amps 11 KV of any make by carrying out following job:-(i) Taking out VCB trolly from the panel board.(ii) Removal of dirt,dust & carbon particles by air blower(iii) Cleaning of all moving & fixed contacts of VCB with dry cloth & CRC The scope includes the following :-(a) Initial Inspection: Visual and mechanical inspection of the AVR and associated components to assess overall condition and identify faults or degradation.(b) Dismantling: Safe removal and disassembly of the AVR unit including checking connections, terminals and internal assemblies.(c) Cleaning: Removal of dust, oil, moisture, and other contaminants using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques.(d) Component Testing: Electrical testing of control circuits, sensing mechanisms and regulating components to detect wear, drift or failure.(e) Replacement of minorParts: Replacement of defective or worn-out components such as resistors, capacitors, relays, or control cards with compatible, high-quality spares. 167 (f) Reassembly and Calibration: Reassembling the AVR and performing calibration to manufacturer specifications for optimal voltage regulation performance.(g) Final Testing: Functional testing under simulated or actual load conditions to verify stability, response time and output regulation.(h) Reporting: Preparation of a detailed service report including findings, actions taken, test results and recommendations.Note :- (i) Restore the AVR to its original working condition with improve efficeincy andreliable operation of the 11 KV system.(ii) The above work shall be carried out by the authorised manufacturer and rate for the same are included in this item.
