Tender For Repairs To Internal Roads Including Road Furniture In Cdm Secunderabad Under Ge (N) Secunderabad; 1 Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous maccadam surfaces exceeding 50mm deep and area not exc. 100 mm deeparea not excceding 400 Sqm all as specified and directed. 2 M & L for n exc 75mm thick bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient required gradient and camber(Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using Hot mix plant & Mechanical paver with @4% (paving bitumen (VG-30) grade) binder content by weight of total mix , rolled and compacted by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed .Note: Soft stones such as lime stones, sandstones, slatestone etc will not be allowed to be incorporated in the work. 3 M & L for preparing the black top bituminous surfaceby brushing with wire brushes for removing cracked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt complete all as specified and directed 4 M & L for and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 05 Kg / 10 Sqm of surface using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed 5 M & L for laying and consolidating bituminous premixed ashphaltic semi-dense concrete 30 mm consolidtaed thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade) any penetration rolled and compacted to required cambder and gradient etc. with mechanical paverand rolled with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed 6 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified anddirected. 7 M & L for pole/frame of boardof stainless steel 304 series of any dia and any thickness complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling old pipe complete all as specified and directed 8 S & F in repairs of stainless steel 304 series retro reflective board written on both sides of any size and shape board colour green and white as per IRC 67:2012 also including fixing etc and any type font size of alphabet/ number and board sheet thickness etc including dismantling old board. Complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Board will attach with stainless steel pole and embedded as Excavation for bed block of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 200 mm filling with cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and clearing of the area shall be included in the rate quoted.) 9 M & L for 75mm thick spread thickness moorumred bajri filling as in berm including rolling etc as complete all as specified and directed 10 S & F solar cat eye Aluminium alloy shell (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 60mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafine solar panel 2.4V/0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargable Battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of six super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed ad per manufatures instruction including taking out old cat eyes and removal from site etc complete all as specified and directed(Make : Darkeye, 3M,OSCAR,BP)
