Česká Budějovice Town Hall Building – Reconstruction Of Air Conditioning Including Replacement Of The Measurement And Regulation System. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of The Reconstruction Of Hvac And Mar In The Building Of The České Budějovice Town Hall According To The Prepared Project Documentation. When Carrying Out Work, It Is Necessary To Respect That The Town Hall Building Is A Cultural Real Estate Monument. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Individual Stages During The Full Operation Of The Town Hall. With Regard To The Poorly Accessible Location Of The Equipment, It Will Be Necessary To Create Mounting Holes In The Walls Defined In The Documentation, Secured In The Building By Covering Against Dust. The Device Will Be Delivered In A Disassembled State, After Passing Through The Mounting Hole It Will Be Assembled Again. Part Of The Equipment Can Be Transported Via The Internal Staircase (Vzt-2, Vzt-5). The Use Of A Crane Is Necessary For Units Vzt-1, Vzt-3, Vzt-4, Vzt-6). Use Of Flat Scaffolding At Vzt-7. Since It Is A Complete Replacement Of The Mar Control System, A Modification Of The Central Heating System Defined In The Project Documentation Will Also Be Required. Visualization Of The Entire System Will Be Programmed In The Bms Headquarters With The Possibility Of Control In Both Automatic And Manual Operation Via The Web Interface, Display Of Fault Conditions. All Necessary Data Will Be Transferred To The System, Including Fault Reports. The Existing Hvac Equipment Will Be In Operation In The Existing Control System. After The Implementation Of Part Of The New Equipment, It Will Be Connected To The New Control System And Disconnected From The Original Control System. Further Details Are Given In The Project Documentation. Prior To The Delivery Of The Equipment, The Client Will Connect The Existing Switchboards With A New Data Network Terminated In The Data Server.
