Complete Renovation Of The Electrical Installation, Hygiene Facilities And Related Construction Modifications In The Building Of The School Senovážné Nám. 12, České Budějovice – I. Stage. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Restoration Of The Electrical Installation, Data Distribution And Social Equipment In The Heritage-Protected School Building On Senovážné Nám. 12, České Budějovice. Currently, The Building Houses The Original Electrical Installation From The Middle Of The 20Th Century, Which No Longer Meets The Applicable Technical Standards, Safety Requirements, Or The Needs Of The Modern Educational Process. The Technical State Of The Wiring Does Not Allow Reliable Operation Of Computer Technology Or Other Modern Technologies, Which Are An Essential Part Of Current Teaching. The Goal Of The Contract Is The Complete Restoration Of Electrical Distribution, Including Low-Current Infrastructure And Data Networks, And The Provision Of Technical Conditions For The Use Of Information And Communication Technologies In Education. With Regard To The Historic Preservation Of The Building, It Is Necessary To Count On Compliance With The Specific Requirements And Recommendations Of The Historic Preservation Authorities. The Project Envisages The Routing Of Electrical Wiring And Data Distribution In New Suspended Ceilings In Corridors And Classrooms, While The End Elements Will Be Routed In Masonry In Such A Way As To Preserve The Architectural And Historical Design Of The Interiors. The Contract Also Includes The Reconstruction Of Social Facilities, Especially The Replacement Of Inadequate Toilets That No Longer Meet Current Hygienic And Technical Standards. The Reconstruction Will Concern All Classrooms, Offices And Other Areas Affected By The Modernization Of Electrical Installations And Sanitary Facilities In The 1St And 2Nd Floors. The Subject Of Performance Will Be Drawn Up On The Basis Of The Project Documentation, Which Is Part Of The Tender Documentation.
