1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Main Hall And Side Hall Of The Village Community Center In Turz. The Works Should Include, Among Others: - Construction Of Unused Window And Door Openings, - Repair Of Internal Plasters On The Walls, Including Drying And Possibly Removing Fungi From Areas Affected By Moisture, - Applying Gypsum Plasters, - Applying New Paint Coatings On The Walls, - Installing Suspended Ceilings, - Eliminating The Water Meter Well, - Installing New Floor Coverings, - Installing A Door Leaf. Sliding In Order To Cover The Stage Room With The Possibility Of Closing It, - Replacement Of The Electrical And Ventilation Installation, - Moving The Water Meter To The External Wall, - Reconstruction Of The Connection System For Heaters And Air Conditioners. The Ordering Party Has An Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Main Hall And The Side Hall, Which Contains Conclusions And Recommendations. 1.1 Other Requirements Of The Investor: 1) The Contractor Guarantees The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Under The Supervision Of Persons With The Required Professional Preparation To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For Its Works For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Investment By The Ordering Party. The Manufacturers Warranty For The Installed Equipment Must Cover At Least One Year From The Date Of Final Acceptance. Due To The Introduction Of An Additional Offer Evaluation Criterion, Which Is The Extension Of The Warranty Period Beyond The Required 36 Months, Its Final Dimension Will Be Indicated By The Contractor In The Interactive Bid Form. The Warranty Period Proposed By The Contractor Will Be Equal To The Warranty Period.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Out Third Party Liability Insurance For His Business Activities, For An Amount Not Less Than The Amount Of The Submitted Offer. If The Period Of The Current Insurance Expires During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Extend The Third Party Liability Insurance On Terms No Worse Than Those Of The Current Insurance.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Indicated In Chapter V Of The Swz And The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
