The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of The Following Services: A) Universal And Non-Universal Postal Items In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, Consisting In Accepting, Sorting, Moving And Delivering In Domestic And Foreign Traffic (For The Needs Of The Commune Office In Nowa Wieś Lęborska) Postal Items (Letter And Postal Parcels) And Their Possible Returns, Hereinafter Referred To As Shipments, B) Mass Printing And Packaging Of Parcels, C) In Domestic Trade Electronic Confirmation Of Receipt, The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis And On The Principles Set Out In This Annex To The Contract Notice And The Essential Terms And Conditions Of The Contract And The Regulations For The Provision Of The Contractors Services.2. The Detailed Scope Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 6 And Annex No. 7 To This Tor.
