The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Additional Equipment (Electronic It Equipment) For The Educational Institution Industry Skills Center In The Field Of Energy In Nisko, Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Establishment And Operation Of The Industry Skills Center In Niżański County - In The Field Of Energy, As Part Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan (Kpo). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 3 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Must Not Show Signs Of Use. All Equipment Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Contain Appropriate, Current And Required Documents Informing About Admission To Sale And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out By Applicable Law. The Contractor Will Deliver And Hand Over The Equipment In Original Packaging Along With Operational Documentation, Warranty, Operation And Maintenance Manual, Etc. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk, Included In The Price, And Will Ensure Unloading From The Means Of Transport And Bringing The Delivery To The School Building Premises During Working Hours After Prior Arrangement Of The Date With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Provide At Least A 24-Month Warranty On The Equipment.
