1. Name Given To The Order By The Ordering Party: Expansion, Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of A Service And Commercial Building Into An Educational And Training Building Urban Lab.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Including The Expansion, Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of An Existing Building, Together With Land Development And Necessary Installations. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Implementation Of: Construction, Construction And Finishing Works, In The Field Of Sanitary Installations, In The Field Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Land Development, Demolition And Accompanying Works, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4. Swz.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.6 To The Swz. Note: Annex No. I.6 To The Swz Also Includes Bills Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Informs That The Above-Mentioned Bills Of Quantities Are Only An Auxiliary Document - The Quantities Given In The Bill Of Quantities Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order For The Contractor, But Are Only Intended To Determine The Technology Of Performing The Works. In Order To Make A Full Valuation Of The Works, Each Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting An Offer.5. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Work Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract And Warranty For Work Defects For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period. 6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Quality Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor.
