1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Export And Management Of Municipal Sewage Sludge From Sewage Treatment Plants In Łąck, Jazów And Kadcza, I.E.: 1) Export And Management Of Excess Sludge (Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge - Waste Code 19 08 05) Originating From The Current Operation Of Sewage Treatment Plants In Łąck And Jazów In An Amount Not Exceeding 1245 Tons. 2) Export And Management Of Screenings - Waste Code 19 08 01 Originating From The Current Operation Of Sewage Treatment Plants In Łąck And Jazów And In Kadcza In An Amount Not Exceeding 72 Tons. Ton.1.2 Settlement For The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made On The Basis Of Weight Reports And Waste Transfer Cards For The Month In Which The Service Was Performed.1.3 Pursuant To Applicable Regulations, Responsibility For Waste Is Transferred From The Ordering Party To The Contractor Upon Its Transfer. The Ordering Party, As A Waste Producer, Will Transfer The Waste To The Contractor, Who Has A Permit From The Competent Authority To Conduct Business In The Field Of Waste Management (Article 27(2) And (3) Of The Waste Act). If The Contractor Does Not Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure Due To The Fact That He Does Not Have Any Of The Required Permits, He May Apply For The Award Of The Contract Jointly With Another Contractor (E.G. Forming A Consortium) Who Has A Permit In This Respect. Recovery Or Disposal Of Stabilized Sewage Sludge Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Waste Management Specified In The Applicable Regulations: - Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) - Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended). The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Using Stabilized Municipal Sludge Directly In The Manner Of Use Specified In Art. 96 Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), I.E.: There Are No Methods Of Sludge Management Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of February 6, 2015 On Municipal Sewage Sludge (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 257). The Ordering Party Allows Other Waste Recovery And Disposal Processes Provided For In The Waste Act. The Contractor Will Specify In The Offer The Method And Place Of Waste Recovery Or Disposal. 1.4 The Contractor Will Ensure Systematic, Ongoing Collection Of Excess Sludge, Screenings And The Contents Of Sand Traps Due To The Lack Of A Landfill At The Treatment Plants Allowing Their Storage. The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Should Also Take Place At Temperatures Below 0°C. After Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Deliver Two Containers With A Capacity Of 7-8 M³ Type (Kp7) And One Container Type Kp 21 For The Sewage Treatment Plant In Łąck, Two Containers Type Kp 7 With A Capacity Of 7-8 M³ For The Sewage Treatment Plant In Jazówsko And One Contain
