The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Titled: Care For Homeless Pets From The Commune. Keys: Trapping, Transport, Shelter Care And 24-Hour Veterinary Assistance For Animals Injured As A Result Of Road Accidents In 2026. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Trapping Stray Animals In The Klucze Commune And Transporting Them To A Shelter, Stray Animals, And, In Necessary Cases, To A Veterinary Clinic, After Obtaining A Notification From An Authorized Employee Of The Commune Office In Klucze Or Police Officers (On Sundays, Holidays, Non-Working Days And After Office Hours). Each Notification Requires Registration By The Contractor (Date, Time And Note On The Manner Of Processing, Prepared Immediately After Receiving The Notification). The Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With Applicable Legal Standards In This Regard. Catching An Animal Should Be Understood As Catching One Animal, Provided That A Female Dog With Puppies Or A Female Cat With Kittens Are Treated As One Animal; 2) Interventions Will Be Undertaken 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day, No Later Than 9 Hours After Receiving A Report From The Ordering Party Or The Police (Does Not Apply To Injured Animals). Interventions Undertaken When Notified By The Police Should Be Forwarded To The Klucze Commune Office Without Undue Delay, No Later Than On The Next Business Day;3) When Trapping Animals, Using Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To The Life, Health Or Suffering Of The Caught Animals In Accordance With Applicable Legal Standards In This Respect;4) Having Nets For Casting And Shot Nets For Catching Animals;5) For Transporting Animals, Using Means That Meet The Conditions Specified In Chapter 7 Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Animal Protection; 6) Observing Admitted Animals During The Quarantine Period, Providing Them With Food, Water And Veterinary Care, Including: Deworming, Vaccination, Treatment If Necessary, Castration/Sterilization, And In Drastic Cases, Euthanizing The Animal. After A Period Of 14 Days Of Quarantine, If The Owner Is Not Found, The Animals May Be Handed Over To Other Guardians;7) Ensuring Comprehensive Care For Animals Admitted To The Shelter For Homeless Animals From The Klucze Commune, Including Veterinary Care, Appropriate Social And Living Conditions;8) Sterilization Or Castration Of Animals And Comprehensive Vaccination;9) Keeping Records Of Admitted And Released Animals Together With Photographic Documentation) By Creating An Information Card Containing Detailed Characteristics Of The Animal Admitted To The Shelter And The Course Of His Stay In The Shelter, Detailing The Veterinary Procedures, Treatment, And Sterilization Performed; 10) Submitting Monthly Information To The Ordering Party Regarding The Number Of Animals Caught From The Klucze Commune, Specifying The Town Where The Animal Was Caught And Attaching A Photograph Taken On The Day The Animal Was Caught, And Information Regarding The Number Of Animals In The
