1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Trolleys For Transporting Patients In A Lying Position For Copernicus Pl Sp. Z O. O. In Gdańsk.2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of 1 Part. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Quantities Are Included In The Attachments: Attachment. No. 2 – Assortment And Price Form, Attachment. No. 3 - Draft Contract. The Contractor Attaches Attachment No. 2 To The Swz To The Offer. By Completing The Indicated Items In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form, The Contractor Confirms That It Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.3. The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Contract, Namely Annex No. 3 To The Swz - One-Off Delivery.4. Maximum Order Delivery Is Up To 7 Business Days From Signing The Contract. This Deadline Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.5. The Offered Contract Items Must Be Complete, Of A High Standard In Terms Of Both Quality And Functionality, And Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects.6. The Offered Items Of The Order Must Be Admitted For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. 7. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Devices), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.9 Act. In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Order.10. Sources Of Financing For The Public Procurement: Purchase Planned As Part Of A Subsidy From The Pomeranian Voivodeship Office In Gdańsk To Strengthen The Potential Of The Emergency Medical Services System. The Ordering Party Reserves That It May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Funds From The Subsidy Referred To Above, Which The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Order, Are Not Awarded To It.
