Brand New Trailer, Unused, Free From Defects, Complete And Ready For Work. On The Day Of Delivery, The Contractor Will: Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Specifying The Conditions Of Warranty And Post-Warranty Service, Warranty Card, Operating Instructions In Polish, Ce Declaration Of Conformity In Polish. Warranty For A Minimum Of 12 Months. The Guarantee Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
