The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Delivery Of Brand New Ones, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Test Correct Operation, From The Official Distribution Channels Of The Manufacturer Of Structures, Equipment And Devices, In A Manner Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights, To The Extent Specified In Annex No. Instructions Required To Operate The Order In Polish (If Applicable), C) Providing Technical And Operational Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order, D) Providing Warranty Documents With The Order, As Well As All Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. Necessary For Proper Operation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Material And Quantitative Description, Technical Parameters And Operational Requirements, Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order).
