A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In This Specification Of Terms Of Order And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Specification Of Terms Of Order.3. Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Defects And Damage, Functional And Ready For Work And Use Without Incurring Additional Financial Outlays. 2) Together With The Issuance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Documents Related To The Subject Of The Order. 3) The Subject Of The Order Should Have All The Documents Necessary To Complete The Formalities Related To Admission To Traffic On Public Roads And The Operation And Maintenance Manual In Polish. 4) The Required Quality Guarantee Period Is Min. 24 Months Or 1000 Mth (Note, The Quality Guarantee Period Is Scored).5) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Written Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order For The Period Indicated In The Offer, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By The Representatives Of The Parties. The Detailed Conditions Of The Quality Guarantee Are Specified In The Warranty Cards Issued And Delivered To The Ordering Party.6) During The Warranty Period, All Repair Costs, Including Travel, Costs Of Materials And Spare Parts (Excluding The Costs Of Replacing Parts Subject To Normal Wear And Tear During Use Of The Vehicle And Consumables Such As: Oil Filters, Air Filters, Fuel Filters, Dust Filters Of The Air Conditioning System, Wiper Blades, Light Bulbs And Cooling System Fluids, Power Steering Fluid, Brake Fluid, Windshield Washer, Etc.) Are Borne By The Contractor.7) The Warranty Granted Covers The Costs Related To The First Warranty Inspection Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: A) Travel Costs B) Labor C) Stay Of Service Technicians D) Transport To The Service E) Brand New Parts And Materials Approved By The Manufacturer.8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Warranty And Post-Warranty Service.9) At The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will, At His Own Expense, Conduct Training For The Operators Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Its Operation, Safety And Maintenance.10) The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Should Be Fully Functional, After Replacing All Filters, Operating Fluids And Oils, And Meet The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
