The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of 3 Multi-Functional Beds, 4 Hospital Beds, 7 Boom Arms With Hand Grips, 7 Mattresses With Washable Covers, 7 Bedside Cabinets Within The Scope Specified In The Swz. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, I.E. Technical Parameters Specifying The Quantity And Technical Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order During The Duration Of The Contract.3. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Contractor, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way. In Such Situations, Any Reference To Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. If The Ordering Party Indicated Brands Or Trade Names, It Determines The Class Of The Product That Is The Subject Of The Order And Serves To Establish A Standard, And Does Not Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer. The Ordering Party Indicates The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence: The Ordering Party Will Consider Equipment That Meets The Minimum Quality, Operational And Technical Requirements Corresponding To The Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Assortment And Price Form To Be Equivalent Equipment. This Means That An Equivalent Product Must Have Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. At Least At The Level Required By The Ordering Party.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All Applicable Legal Safety Standards Of Polish And European Union Regulations, Have All Legally Required Approvals And Approvals As Well As Markings In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And Is To Be Delivered In Protective Packaging By An Authorized Seller.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For The Period Indicated In The Assortment And Price Form And To Deliver The Equipment At His Own Expense To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.6. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract And The Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
