1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection Of Liquid Waste Along With Transport In A Total Amount Of Up To 5,300 M3 In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 2. The Ordering Party Estimates That Waste Collection Will Take Place At Weekly Intervals. 3. Orders Will Be Sent By E-Mail To The Address Indicated In The Offer, Specifying The Quantity And Date Of Collection, Or By Telephone, And The Contractor Undertakes To Collect The Waste Within A Maximum Of 24 Hours From Submitting The Order.4. The Contractor Will Collect Liquid Waste Using Its Own Transport At Its Own Expense And Risk. 5. Liquid Waste Will Be Collected From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M.6. The Amount Of Waste Collected Should Be Calculated Based On Weighing The Slurry Tanker Empty And Full At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Invoice Will Include The Quantity Consistent With The Weighing Records. It Is Assumed That 1 Tonne Equals 1 M3.7. The Ordering Party Will Cover All Amounts Due To The Ordering Party By Regionalne Wodociągi I Kalizacja Sp. Z O. O. In Białogard For Liquid Waste Transferred By The Contractor In Connection With The Implementation Of This Order (Including An Additional Fee For Increased Pollutant Loads, Fee For Sewage Discharge).8. The Contractor Will Collect Liquid Waste From The Premises Of The Plant Run By The Employer At Wardyń Górne 35, 78-320 Połczyn-Zdrój (Hereinafter Referred To As The Plant).
