Quotation are invited for Structural Maintenance of W/Shop at B&S SCOPE OF WORK The scope of works cover General Information Check around the site and do proper risk assessment before work commence Safety standard procedures to be followed by contractor during and construction / maintenance period. All employees to wear correct PPE every time they are on site. Roofing Strip roof and set aside for reuse. Strip sisalation and dump to registered dumpsite. Strip, remove light mounted from roof, cable and wiring Supply and install new foil Sisalation for roof Supply and installation of roof clip lock to replace existing one. Supply and installation of Roof Eave Infill Strip, use silicone to ensure its not removable Re-install ridge and replace where necessary. Re-install all removed item which include Roof, light, cable, etc 2. CONTRACT PERIOD AND COMPLETION DATE The contract is valid for 3 weeks, which period shall include any statutory and builders holidays falling within this period. 3. PENALTIES FOR LATE COMPLETION A penalty of R500, 00 per day shall be raised for every day or part thereof that the work remains incomplete after the date specified in clause 3 above. 4. HOURS OF WORK Normal hours of work shall be defined as: Mon day to Friday: 07H00 to 16H30. The undertaking of work outside normal working hours should be subject to the approval of the Project Leader.
