Because The Service Does Not Have Space In Its Warehouses To Store A Large Amount Of Office Materials, A Supply Contract Is Required, Through Which The Service Will Place Bimonthly Orders According To The Needs Of The Offices And Regional Management. During The Term Of The Contract, Which Corresponds To A Period Of 24 Months, Or Until The Consumption Of The Available Assigned Resources, Whichever Occurs First. In Addition, The Civil Registry And Identification Service Reserves The Right To Incorporate New Office Materials That Are Not On The List, Which Must Be Quoted And Authorized By The Contract Administrator Before The Issuance Of The Purchase Order, All In Accordance With Budget Availability. This Process Will Be Carried Out Through The Information System Of The National Directorate Of Public Procurement And Contracting [Https:Www.Mercadopublico.Cl], In Accordance With The Provisions On The Matter, In Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations, Which Regulate The Conditions, Standards And Policies For Use Of The Portal. The Administrative Bases And Technical Specifications, Their Modifications, Clarifications And Other Documents That Comprise Them Are Available Free Of Charge In The Public Procurement Information System [Https:Www.Mercadopublico.Cl], And Those Interested In Participating In The Process Cannot Be Charged For Them.
