Request for Quotation for Construction of MCC for integrated intelligent transportation Bidding Opens on: 06 November 2025 Due on: 12 December 2025 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: Project: The Main Control Center for Integrated Intelligent Transportation Systems in Abu Dhabi. Package: Construction Works The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) intend to construct a multi-modal Traffic Management Centre (TMC) to serve Abu Dhabi. The TMC will connect into an external Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and will provide a centre for the control and operation of the transport network. The TMC will provide a multi-modal, multi-agency centre for monitoring of roadway conditions and traffic flow, allowing co-ordination across various transportation and civil defense agencies. The purpose of this project is to build a state-of-the-art facility comprising a central operations hub at its core, as well as management centre for public transport, and freeway service patrols. The TMC will provide adequate capacity to accommodate up to 280 staff as stated in the Scope of Service, with potential to expand in the future. As well as the operational departments and control centre, facilities such as office space, a gym, staff welfare areas and parking. The building will achieve 2 pearls.
