As Part Of The Renewal Of Brienenoord Bridge (Vbb) Project, Contract 4 Transport & Installation Of Arches Is Being Tendered. This Contract Includes The Management And Coordination, Design, Preparation, Implementation And Aftercare Of The Horizontal And Vertical Transport Of The Existing, New And Renovated Arch Bridges Within The Vbb Project. The Project Objective Is A Safe, Reliable And Cost-Efficient Exchange Of The Arches Between The Duivelseiland (Dordrecht) Shipyard Made Available By Rijkswaterstaat And The Pillars Of The Van Brienenoord Bridge. Since The Method Of Transport Influences The Design Of The Two New Arch Bridges, The Contractor Under This Fourth Contract Will Have To Coordinate These Points With The Contracting Authority And The Contractors Of The Other Contracts.
