Construction Work – Renovation Of The Railway Station: Pohjois-Haaga. Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (Kaupunkiliikenne) Organizes A Tender For The Renovation Of The Pohjois-Haaga Train Station Within The Scope Of This Request For Tenders And The Appendices To The Tender. The Renovation Of Pohjois Haaga Train Station Is Implemented As A Complete Contract. The Content Of The Contract Is Described In The Contract Program And In The Technical Appendices Attached To The Request For Tender. The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And As The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation, Responsible For Both Site Management Duties And Site Services. These Obligations And Services Are Presented In The Contract Program, The Contract Limit Appendix And The General Contract Terms (Yse 1998). After The Acceptance Of The Contract, The Main Contractors Site Management Responsibilities And Duties Related To Work Safety At The Site Continue Until The Deficiencies And Errors Noted At The Contract Acceptance Have Been Corrected. The Contract Period Is Tentatively From May 1, 2026 To May 31, 2027. Getting To Know The Target: The Customer Requires That The Bidder Has Familiarized Himself With The Target Of The Contract And The Conditions Prevailing There Before Submitting The Offer. The Customer Organizes A Joint Display Of The Object On 10 December 2025 At 09:30 - 11:00. Note: You Can Not Ask Questions In Connection With The Joint Screening Event, And No Answers To Possible Questions Will Be Given. All Questions Related To The Destination And The Request For Tender Material Must Be Submitted Through The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Portal. Tender Request Materials Some Of The Attached Tender Documents Are Classified As Confidential Because The Material Contains Critical Information Related To The Customers Infrastructure. The Attached Documents, Which Are Confidential, Can Be Handed Over To The Company Considering Preparing The Offer After Submitting A Signed Confidentiality Commitment Form.
