The Assignment Relates To The Production, Printing And Dispatch Of The Municipal Information Sheet Het Kletske, Which Is Periodically Published By The City Of Diest (Hereinafter Referred To As The City) During The Term Of The Agreement (Six Years). This Is A Total Assignment That Includes The Entire Production Process, From Concept To Delivery To The Distributor Or A Location Designated By The Board. The Attention Of The Candidates Is Expressly Drawn To The Fact That The Term “Creation” Includes: - The Creative Concept Proposal And The Visual Layout In Accordance With The Citys Corporate Identity; - The Preliminary Collection Of Information In Function Of The Content Determination; - Copywriting (Copy Editing And Substantive Processing Of Basic Information Provided By The City); - The Layout And Graphic Design; - And The Timely Dispatch Of The Printed Matter And Delivery To A Location(S) Designated By The Board. The Contractor Is Therefore Responsible For The Entire Process Of Concept, Layout, Printing And Shipping And Delivery Of The Information Sheet, Including All Preparatory, Creative And Logistical Steps Necessary To Achieve A High-Quality, Coherent And Timely Distributed End Product. The Print Run Is Expected To Be 13,500 Copies For The Magazine, Plus 125 Copies For The Reception Department And Urban Services. 13,300 Copies Are Distributed.
