Construction Work - Beautification And Park Planning Of The May Day Regional Park And Sports Grounds - Town Of Karnobat. The Subject Of This Order Includes The Implementation Of The Construction Of A Site: Improvement And Park Development Of The Regional Park First May And Sports Grounds - Karnobat, For Which An Investment Project Has Been Prepared, Which Has Passed The Statutory Procedures For Coordination And Approval. The Facility Subject To Construction In The Current Procedure Is Included In The Investment Program For Municipal Facilities Under The Law On The State Budget For 2025. For The Implementation Of The Project, An Agreement Has Been Signed Between The Ministry Of Planning And Development And The Municipality Of Karnobat For The Provision Of Financial Support. The Territory Designated For Reconstruction Has An Area Of 10,858 Sq.M. Fast Pedestrian Connections Are Foreseen, Ensuring The Needs Of Visitors To The Park Space, The Passenger Flow From The Adjacent Intersections And The Newly Designed Parking Lot. A Parking Lot With 26 Parking Spaces Has Been Designed, While The Existing Lighting Fixtures Have Been Preserved, Separated Into Green Areas With Ground Cover Vegetation For A Better Aesthetic Impact. Corresponding Slopes On The Sidewalks Have Been Designed - For People In Wheelchairs And Mothers With Prams For Easier Access To The Park Environment. An Alley Network Is Planned For Servicing The Elements Of The Park Space, A Childrens Playground, An Outdoor Gym, Sports Fields For Basketball, Football And Tennis Courts, Seating Areas, A Picnic Area With A Movable Object - A Quick Service Facility, A Movable Object - A Security Room, A Platform With A Pergola And Seating, Informative Illuminated Signs, Drinking Fountains. The Playground Is Divided Into Three Age Groups – 0 - 3 Years, 3 - 5 Years And From 5 - 12 Years, And The Outdoor Fitness Area Is Designed North Of The Playground. In The Western Part Of The Park Are Located The Three Built Sports Fields For Basketball, Football And Tennis. A Park Lighting Scheme Is Planned, Which Complements The Impact Of The Overall Designed Park Environment. It Is Represented By High Lighting Fixtures For Field Lighting, Floodlights For Lighting Vegetation And Lighting For Embedding In Flooring For Lighting Trees And Lighting Fixtures For Embedding In A Vertical Surface. The Park Environment Is Isolated From The Road Arteries By Means Of A Metal Fence With A Height Of 1.60 M. Along The Entire Length Of The Fence, Surrounding Vegetation Is Designed, Which Additionally Isolates And Affects With Its Texture And Flowering. The Project Includes The Implementation Of Smr In The Following Parts: Park Planning, Structural, Vic, El, Hydromelioration, Geodesy, Pbz, Pb And Puso. All Planned Activities, Such As Nature And Volume, Are Described In Detail In The Attached Investment Project. Building Permit No. 80/13.08.2024 Was Issued For The Site By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Karnobat, Which Has Entered Into Legal Force. The Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law On Territorial Planning, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Provisions Of The Approved Investment Project.
