Tender For Repair/ Servicing Of Dg Set, Lt Panels, Amf Panel Effluent Treatment Plant And Misc Work At Mh Shimla Under Ge (I) Jutogh; 1 Comprehensive Maintenance of 630 KVA DG Set capacity after 200-250 Hrs running/after 3 month from last engine oil changed or earlier, complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) Maintenance of DG set to be carried out as per norms of OEM instructions and by qualified service engineer of OEM authorized service centre. Note:Old u/s item to be deposited in AGE E/M store yard. 11 S&F in repair of dynamo and refixing after necessary repair including replacement primary coil, auxiliary coil and carbon brush forthe DG set of capacity 630 KVA including taking out burnt / unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed.Note: Old u/s item to be deposited in AGE E/M store yard. 12 M&L for cleaning of the fuel tank by drain the fuel and remove the dust/ sludge"s etc and refill the fuel, complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for cleaning of the fuel tank radiator by drain the coolant mix remove the dust/ sludge"s etc and refill same complete all as specified and directed. 14 Maintenance and servicing of alternator by removing of dust and moisture from field coil and armature coil by blowing the hot air forthe various capacity of DG set varying from 630 KVAcomplete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for replacement of Voltage regulator Device (AVR) MX321-MK 2 (As per existing) for the DG set of capacity 630KVA of any as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old u/s item to be deposited in AGE E/M store yard. 16 M&L for replacement of Display power control for the DG set of capacity 630 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.Make- Procom or in equivalent as approved. Note: Old u/s item to be deposited in AGE E/M store yard. 17 Supply only of Lub Oil of specific grade (20W40 or 15W/40Eqv.) for carrying out "B" check maintenance under SL No-1 above, complete all as specified and directed. Make - Kirloskar/ Servo pride(IOC)/ Castrol/ Veedol or Equivalent. 18 Supply only of premix coolant of radiator water for carrying out "B" check maintenance under Item No -1 above complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bharat/ Greaves or equivalent as approved. 19 M&L for filling of distilled water for battery complete all as specified and directed. 20 Supply only cotton waste complete all as specified and directed. 21 S&F in repair all type of Hoses for lub oil, fuel, coolant etc., necessary clamping, complete all as specified and directed. 22 S&F in repair turbo overhauling kitas per suitable existing DG set up to 630 KVA, complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for replacement of AMF controller unit type CVCC , input 230 V A ±10%, 50 Hz ±5%, output 24 Volt DC, 10 Amps,for DG Set of 5 circuit(As per existing) including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirlosar/ Procom/ or Equivalent as approved.Note: Old u/s item to be deposited in AGE E/M store yard. 24 Supply only CVCC battery charger Input 230 Volt±10% 50 Hz± 5% and output 24 Volt DC 10 Amp (As per existing) including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old u/s item to be deposited in AGE E/M store yard. 25 Supply, Laying, Jointing and testing, XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 150 sqmm 3.5 corewith aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches/floor or fixed on wall/pole including brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old u/s item to be deposited in AGE E/M store yard. 26 Supply, Laying, Jointing and testing, XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 16 sqmm 3.5 corewith aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches/ floor or fixed on wall/ pole including brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old u/s item to be deposited in AGE E/M store yard. 27 Servicing of HVAC unit comprising checking of compressor, controls such as pressure cut outs, cooling coil, blower motor, checking/ arrestingof gas leakage if any incl necessary charge of gas etc of 8.5TR (02 Nos) cap, complete all as specified and directed. 28 Servicing and checking of ETP including testing of treated water with all parameters form authorized Agents minimum two month interval complete all as specified and directed. 29 Supply only Alum suitable for ETP complete all as specified and directed. 30 Supply only electrolyte solution suitable for ETP complete all as specified and directed. 31 S&F LED light fitting 12 Watt 230 V indoor type suitable for lift car complete all as specified and directed.
