Tender For Conversion Of Oh Line To Ug Cables With Connceted Items At Namkum, Khojatoli Pocket And Lph Area Under Ge Ranchi; 2 Item No 01 : Dismantling & taking steel pole/struts complete and removal from site complete all as specified 3 Item No 02 :Dismantling & taking down ACSR/AAC conductor of any size from HT/LT over head line and removing from site complete. 4 Item No 03 : Dismantling & taking down shackle/pin insulators of any size and type complete and removal from site complete. 5 Item No 04 Dismantling & taking down cross arm, channel, angles, flat ironvarious size/shape incl nut, bolt and washers etc complete and removal from site complete. 6 Item No 05 : Dismantling & taking down GI guard wire of any size from HT/LT over head line and removing from site complete. 7 Item No 06 :Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11KV,EARTH system cross sectional area3 core 95 sq mm laid in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed to wall /pole complete 8 Item No 07 : Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil all as directed. 9 Item No 08 : Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m inbut not exceeding 3.0m depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil all as directed. 10 Item No 09 : Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as directed. 11 Item No 10 : Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed. 12 Item No 11 : Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified & directed.(Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment ) all as specified and directed. 13 Item No 12 : Supplying & laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,Type 1, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm abetting Each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding10mm over under cable for protection all as specified and directed. 14 Item No 13 : Material and labour for cutting of metallic road/ hard standing/hard rock/wall up to a size not exceeding 20cm widthand not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying ofprotection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate upto existing surface level or removing the any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface including suitable size of GI pipe (if necessary)complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: 1. If damaged/broken the any type of tiles while removing, the contractor shall replace the broken tiles with new one.2. The Quoted rate is included for all materials/T&P/Machinery used in this item, no material can paid/measured separately.3. All the removable tiles/re fixable material shall kept carefully at a safe place for refixing with in this quoted rate.4. GI Pipe shall measured and paid separately under relevant item. 15 Item No 14 :M& L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure not less than one meter below ground level for passing/ laying of HT cable complete. 16 Item No 15 : Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (earthed) cable for outdoor termination , cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm all as specified and directed. 17 Item No 16 : Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (earthed) cable for indoor termination , cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm all as specified and directed. 18 Item No 17 : Supply and fix cable jointing kit straight through for 11 KV grade (earthed) cable for outdoor termination , cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm all as specified and directed. 19 Item No 18 :M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed. Note - Rates including the forming for shape to PCC as required all as specified and directed. 20 Item No 19 : Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets with fair surface complete all as specified.Note - Rates including the forming for shape to PCC as required all as specified and directed. 21 Item No 20 : M & L for Erection in vertical position steel tubular sewage pole (ISI market) with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws etc, type410-SP-55 (11 Mtr long) confirming to IS 2713 part 1 to 3) 1980 including two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of alternate black and red strips, 30 cm high over one coat of red oxide primer upto 1.5m height from ground level/coping. The remaining portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary earthwork, PCC shall be measured and paid for separately.. 22 Item No 21 : S & F pin type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvinised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut , 150 mm height 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade all as specified and as directed. 23 Item No 22 : Material and labour forexpulsion / drop out / horn gap type fuse carrier assemblyoutdoor type 200Amps capacity above 25 Amps & upto 50Amps includinginsulator andfuse element conforming to IS specifications suitable for 11000 volts (HT) all as specified. 24 Item No 23 : M & L for cross arms. Bracings supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic paint all as directed. 25 Item No 24 : M & L for Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured all as directed.Note - MS Clamp for fixing if device to be measured separately in respective item. 26 Item No 25 : S & F Lightning arrester suitable for 11 KV, expulsion type, confirming to IS- 3070 part-I of 1985 complete with all fittings transmission class, discharge capacity of 65 KA compplete all as specified and directed. 27 Item No 26 : Supply and fix HT 11KV outdoor type Gang operated air break switch of rating upto 200 amps, vertical mounted fixed complete with 9 insulators including , operating rod of 25mm dia medium garde GI tubing of suitable length, operating handle with locking arrangement fixed to pole with suitable size of MS clamps to be operated from ground level, provn of insulated connected leads of connections with required accessories complete all as specified and directed 28 Item No 27 : Supply and fix HT 11KV outdoor type Gang operated air break switch of rating upto 400 amps, vertical mounted fixed complete with 9 insulators including , operating rod of 25mm dia medium garde GI tubing of suitable length, operating handle with locking arrangement fixed to pole with suitable size of MS clamps to be operated from ground level, provn of insulated connected leads of connections with required accessories complete all as specified and directed 29 Item No 28 : M & L for Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed . 30 Item No 29 : M&L forEarth electrode 25 mm dia 3 mtr long of low carbon steel electrode with copper bonding of thickness 250 micron,Back-fill earthing enhancing compoundtypeCarbon based compound conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (Like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill comound should be environment friendly & should be solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Note - Earth work and PCC work to be measured in respective items here- in- before. 33 Item No 32 : Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioningof 11KV Extensible Outdoor duty (IP 55 enclosure)4-way motor operated Ring Main Unit comprising of SF6 gas insulated 630 Amps Load Break Switchas incomer and 3 Nos Vacuum Circuit Breaker as each outgoing , cable termination from the front, breaking capacity 21KA/3 sec (Internal Arc Classification AFLR 21kA-1sec with Bottom Exhaust both for tank and cable box as per IEC 62271-200), enclosed in insulated welded stainless steel tank having IP67 Degree of Protection, leak rate of SF6 gas less than 0.1% and tested as per IEC 60056/60694/60298. Protection CTs shall be ring core type, complete all as specified and directed. The outer enclosure shall have IP 55 protection, it should be Top Opening Canopy type, Indoor RMU placed inside Outdoor Enclosure should not be acceptable. Both the Load break switch and Breaker should have line side earth switch. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable shields. The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switchgear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP 54 protection complete all as specified and as directed.The RMU Unit comprising the following here in after Sel No - 33.01 to 33.05. 34 (A) Other details forRMU System Particulars : - (i) Nominal System Voltage : 11kV. (ii) Voltage variation on supply side : ±10 %. (iii) Corresponding Highest System Voltage: 12kV. (iv) Frequency : 50 Hz with ± 3 % tolerance. (v) Number of Phase : 3 Phases. (vi) Neutral earthling : Solidly earthed. (vii) Fault level (minimum) kA /Sec : 25/1). (viii) Lightning Impulse Withstand Voltage (kVp) : 75 (ix) One minute dry/wet power frequency withstand voltage primary (kV rms) : 28KV (x) Rated Dynamic Withstand Current (kAp) : 52.5KA. (xi) Number of Short Circuit Operations at rated short circuit current of 25 kA for Breaker - 50 Nos. (xii) Earth switch should have 5 closing operation at short circuit current (making operations E2 class) independent of breaker. Earth switch manual closing shall be driven by a fast acting / snap action mechanism, independent of operator and VCB action. (xiii) Side and rear cable entry is not acceptable, all operation, interlock, cable terminations and door shall be front side only. 35 (B) Applicable Standards for this RMU scope of work - IEC 62271-200. (i) The Ring Main Units shall conform to the latest applicable, IEC 62271-100, IEC 62271-200. (ii) All live parts, bus bars, shall preferably be enclosed in non- magnetic and non-ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade SS441 of minimum 2 mm thickness. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 21KA/1 sec AFLR with Bottom Exhaust for Safety of Personnel for both Tank as well as Cable Compartment as per IEC62271- 200. The outer enclosure shall have IP 55 protection for complete switchgears, however it should be Top Opening Canopy & Indoor RMU placed inside Outdoor Enclosure should not be acceptable. The protection relay shall be for 3 O/C + 1E/F (IDMT Type) Self powered numerical protection relay with low and high set of over current and earth fault . (iii) Internal Arc Classification should be with Bottom exhaust only. RMUs should be manufactured, inspected, and invoiced from the OEM factory. 1 set of surge arrester fix in outgoing way, i.e. 3 o/g means 3 sets of surge arrester. (vi) VCB, Numerical Relay, HMI, FRTU an Thermal / climatic sensor should be of same make for better functioning, maintenance, and coordination. 36 (C) Air Insulated Bus Connected RMU Unit comprising: - Air Insulated enclosure withnecessary bus connection via bushing. VT’s from the manufacturer and according to IS 3156 shall beaccepted. (2) Provide 11KV/rt3/110V/rt3; 50VA class 0.5. Single phase bus PT for metering. (3) 11KV/230V AC,1KVA control transformer – Optional is Aux supply at site is not available. (4) MFM – EM 6400 NG Class 0.5 for each Incomer. (5) Metering CT in respective Function’s Cable Compartment in RMU XX/1A, Class 0.5, 2.5 VA. 37 (D) Accessories should be provide with RMU :-(1) Antireflex operating handle. (2) Battery 24V DC , 12Ah. (3) Battery charger (I/P230V AC, O/P - 24V DC). (4) double conical brass/compression steel glands suitable for upto cable of size 3C x 185 Cable for both incoming and Outgoing.(5) Detailed Technical datasheet/ GTP,operation manuals etc. 38 Note for RMU :-(i) RMU shall be mounting has to be least 60CM above the gorond i.e stand to be provided of at least 60 CM PCC foundation as per manufactures drawing. (ii) Cost of PCC /Earth work deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iii) The contractor shall submit the NABL Accredited lab test reports of the RMU"s in original and the same shall be produced well before claiming RAR payment of the RMU.(iv) Pre-despatch inspection shall be carried out by Rep of Accepting Officer. All arrangement for the same shall be arranged by the contractor & shall be considered within quoted rates.(v) Design, drawing of RMU to be submitted by the contractor for approval from the Garrison Engineer prior to manufacturing. 39 Item No 33 : Supply and installation of LBS (Load Break switch) with earth, 11KV, 630AMP 1 way motor operated Ring Main Unit Air insulated type 3 poles cpper Busbar in suitable size with internal wiring dust and outdoortype (IP 55) vermin proof. Busbars should be of copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of not less than 21KA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. LBS shall be equipped with site replaceable bushing The LBS Unit comprising the following here in after Sel No - 39.01 to 39.05 . 40 (A) Other details forSystem Particulars : - (i) Nominal System Voltage : 11kV. Note - (i)Rates are includingrequired Nut bolts with washers any type any sizes for fixing ofchain lik fencing.
