40 Amps, C curve , 10 kA , complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fixing, in replacement of Flameproof MCBs ,SPN , 240 Volts, 63 Amps , B curve , 10 kA , complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&Lin replacement Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not lessthan 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion 13 S & Fin replacement sub main wiring with four single core 6.0 Sq.mm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed cables with stranded copperconductor (FRLS) , including two run of continuous In Steel conduit insulated FRLS copper stranded cable ofsize 6.0 Sq.mm for earth continuity inand including surface/ recessed / concealed ,heavy duty PVC conduit ,including dismantling & taking down existing wire with accessories, complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L forin replacement Flame proof Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB,including 32A 2P+E, IP 30 Protection complete all as specified. 15 M & Linreplecement for Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as directed. 16 Supply and fixing in replacement copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm with saddles with required porcelian insulator , fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors complete all as specified and directed. 17 Supply & lay GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for protection of earth conductor complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L, in repair, Test point terminal block made ofcopper size 300 mm x 32mm x 6mm,drilled and screwed including 4 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws including box of size 450x150x90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified. 19 Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 x60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly inground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including copper earth strip of size 20 x 3 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and nected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other end, earth strip encased in and including 50 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from Bottom of concrete pit to top of earth plate electrode complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. The scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type ofsoil, removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc complete.NOTES :-(i)The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I shall be provided. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways(ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be measured and paid through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 metre earth strips. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.(iv) Earth plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides. 20 Minor Work:-M & L for Point wiring with 2.5 Sq mm single core, multi stranded PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable in and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia or higher medium grade ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk CI/pressed steel terminal switch boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet top cover, concealed in wall including earth wire continuous of PVC insulated, unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor, PVC insulated connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth, earth dolly. Plastic laminated sheet screwed with brass screws, cup washers complete all as specified and directed forpower point 21 S/F switch socket combination 5/15 amps, 5 in 1, flush type complete all as specified and directed. 22 Supply and draw sub main wiring with two single core 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistrand, unsheathed conductor drawn into FR PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including 1.5 sqmm multi strand FR PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dollycomplete after taking down the old unserviceable one all as specified and directed. 23 Fixing only, testing single phase Inverter connection complete all as directed. 24 Supply, installation, commissioning of refrigerators , double door, minimum 5 star rating, electric driven (single phase) 310 ltrs capacity single phase 240 volt, 50 Hz. complete all as specified and directed. 25 Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 02 KVA 26 Supply, installation, commissioning of GlassTop Deep Freezer 425 Ltr singlephase 240 volt, 50 Hzcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 27 Supply and draw submain wiring with two single core 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistranded, unsheathed conductor drawn into PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including 4 sqmm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dollycomplete after taking down the old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed.
