The Subject Of The Order Includes Renovation Of The Premises Of The Policlinic Building Of The Medical Center Of The Lodz University Of Technology Foundation, In Particular: A) Renovation Of Walls And Floors; B) Replacement Of Internal Doors; C) Renovation Of The Internal Electrical Installation; D) Renovation Of The Internal Water And Sewage System; E) Separation Of New Rooms For The Expansion Of Medical Activities; F) Renovation Of Internal Telecommunications Networks; G) Replacement Of Lighting. 2. The Subject Of The Order Has Been Divided Into Tasks I And Task Ii: 1) Task I Involves The Implementation Of Construction Works Located In The Building Of The Policlinic Medical Center Located At Ul. Wólczańska 215, 93-005 Łódź. The Scope Of Construction Works (Without Equipment) Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Does Not Include The Rooms Carried Out Under Task Ii. 2) Task Ii Involves The Implementation Of Construction Works Located In The Building Of The Policlinic Centrum Medyczne Located At Ul 215, 93-005 Łódź. The Scope Of Construction Works (Without Equipment) Includes: - Registration Rooms, I.E. Rooms No. 0.03, 0.04, 0.05; - Medical Offices Located On The First Floor, Rooms No. 1.13.-1.16.; 1.18.; Internal; D) Renovation Of The Internal Water And Sewage System; E) Separation Of New Rooms For The Expansion Of Medical Activities; F) Renovation Of Internal Telecommunications Networks; G) Replacement Of Lighting. Payment Of The Remuneration For The Completed Subject Of The Order For Task Ii Will Come From The Funds Of The Grant Agreement Referred To In Chapter Ii Of The Contract. Annex No. 9 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), All Annexes To The Opz Constitute Its Integral Part And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. Note: The Bill Of Quantities Serves Only An Auxiliary And Informative Role. The Bill Of Quantities Contains A List Of Expected Works In Order To Illustrate The Scale Of The Construction Project And To Help Contractors Estimate The Costs Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, And Cannot Be Used Directly To Calculate The Offer Price. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Costs Related To The Performance Of All Activities And Obligations Arising From The Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Provisions, As Well As The Conditions For Carrying Out The Works.
