The Subject Of The Order Is To Grant And Service A Long-Term Loan For The Wilków Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Codes And Names According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): Main Cpv Code: 66 11 30 00-5 Loan Granting Services Contractors Submitting Offers Are Obliged To Familiarize Themselves With The Relevant Provisions Of Law, Acts And Regulations In Force In Poland, Which May In Any Way Influence Or Refer To The Activities Undertaken In Connection With The Tender And Following The Signing Of The Contract. Contractors Are Responsible For Carefully Familiarizing Themselves With The Swz Together With Its Annexes, Any Changes To The Swz Prepared During The Tender Period, And For Obtaining Reliable Information Regarding Individual Conditions And Obligations That May In Any Way Affect The Sum Or Substance Of The Offer Or The Performance Of The Service. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And The Offer. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. This Order Will Not Be Divided Into Parts, As This Order Is Entirely A Single Type Of Banking Service. The Specificity Of This Order, Consisting In The Loan Granting Service, Makes It Impossible To Divide This Order Into Parts, Both On A Qualitative And Quantitative Basis. Dividing This Order Into Parts On A Quantitative Basis Is Contrary To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Itself And May Involve Higher Costs Of Obtaining A Loan On The Part Of The Ordering Party. It Is Also Not Possible To Divide This Order Into Parts On A Qualitative Basis, Taking Into Account Its Individual Components, Because It Is A Completely Single Type Of Banking Service, Consisting In Granting A Loan. Taking Into Account The Above Circumstances, The Ordering Party Will Not Divide The Task Into Parts. For Technical, Organizational And Economic Reasons, The Order Forms An Inseparable Whole.
