The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste From Residential And Uninhabited Properties Located In The Tryńcza Commune And The Delivery Of Waste To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As The Provision Of The Service Of Collecting, Transporting And Managing Municipal Waste From Parish Cemeteries (Gniewczyna Łańcucka, Jagiełła, Tryńcza) And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) Located On Plot No. 830/5 And 829/8 In The Town Of Tryńcza, In Order To Achieve Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And To Limit The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996. On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) And The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Tryńcza Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Collection And Transport Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste From Property Owners In The Tryńcza Commune With A Frequency Of At Least Once A Month. 2) Collection And Transport Of Segregated Municipal Waste From Property Owners In The Area Tryńcza Commune At Least Once A Month. 3) Transport Of Sorted And Mixed Municipal Waste For Processing And Management To The Municipal Installation In Giedlarowa, Commune. Leżajsk, In Accordance With The Inter-Municipal Agreement Concluded Between The Commune Of Leżajsk And The Commune Of Tryńcza Of February 2, 2013 And The Contract No. Ug.Rmos.6232.97-1.2013 For The Management Of Municipal Waste Concluded Between The Commune Of Leżajsk And Stare Miasto-Park Sp. Z O. O. With The Participation Of The Tryńcza Commune.4) Providing Property Owners With A Full Set Of Waste Bags Under The Conditions Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Located In Tryńcza.6) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Parish Cemeteries In The Tryńcza Commune (Gniewczyna Łańcucka, Jagiełła And Tryńcza) With A Frequency Of At Least Once A Month. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Scope Are Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
