The Main Goal Of The Present Procedure Is Related To The Implementation Of A Major Repair Of The Sinchets Dg Building. A Material Base Will Be Provided To Guarantee Healthy And Quality Conditions For Training In A Modern And Efficient Educational Infrastructure, With More Comfortable Conditions For Work And Study. The Project Will Result In Improved Performance To Extend The Life Cycle Of The Building. The Renovation And Modernization Of The Kindergarten Building Will Result In Energy Consumption Class A, According To The Regulation Under Art. 48 Of The Energy Efficiency Act (Eea) For The Relevant Type Of Building, By Implementing The Measures Prescribed By The Consultant Who Performed The Energy Survey Of The Building. The Subject Of The Order Includes Three Main Activities: Activity 1 – Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase; Activity 2 – Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works On The Site; Activity 3 – Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Investment Project. The Major Renovation Of The Building Includes: 1. Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures: - Thermal Insulation Of External Walls; - Thermal Insulation Of A Roof; - Replacement Of The Old Windows With A System Of Pvc/Al Profile And Glazing; - Replacement Sai; - Replacement Of Lighting; - Installation Of Fec. 2. Basic Repair Of Sanitary Units, Including Repair Of Plumbing Installations 3. Major Repair Of Floors And Linings In Rooms - Painting Walls, Making Suspended Ceilings, Laying Vinyl Heterogeneous Flooring On The Floor And Walls; 4. Repair Of The Terrace - Laying Granite Tiles For Outdoor Conditions, New Railing, Making A Shed With A Metal Structure. ​​​​​​​The Main Repair Of The Yard Space Includes: - Repair Of Alleys - Dismantling Of Existing Pavements And Delivery And Installation Of New Ones; - Cleaning, Vertical Layout Of The Terrain To Ensure Proper Drainage Of Surface Water; - Designing The Playgrounds - Delivery And Installation Of Shock-Absorbing Flooring On A Base Of Asphalt Concrete Flooring; - Delivery And Installation Of New Playground Equipment, Delivery And Installation Of New Park Furniture - Benches And Waste Bins; - Repair Of The Fence; - Planting New Trees.
