Bidding Through An Open Procedure, For The Contract For The Maintenance Service Of The Thermal Installations And The Prevention And Control Of Legionellosis In The Municipal Buildings And Equipment Of Constantí City Council..Complete The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service Of The Air Conditioning And Acs/Afs Systems (Thermal Installations) As Well As The Prevention And Control Of Legionella In The Various Municipal Buildings And Equipment Managed By The City Council Of Constantí, With The Following Main Objectives:- Keep The Installations In Perfect Operating And Conservation State.- Maintain The Installations According To The Current Regulations.- Resolve Incidents And Breakdowns That May Occur In The Shortest Possible Time.- Update And Maintain The Existing Inventory And Technical Documentation Of The Installations.- Prevent And/Or Control, As Well As Complete The Corresponding Cleaning And Disinfection Tasks -In Your Case- In Relation To Legionella With The Corresponding Sanitary Hygienic Criteria Established In Current Regulations The Matter.
