For Fuel Oil, The Minimum Quality Parameters Apply From: - The Applicable Standard Pn-C-96024:2020-12 (The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of An Equivalent Standard Containing The Above-Mentioned Requirements) And - The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used.3. Requirements Regarding Deliveries, Transport And Unloading: 1) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale Of Fuel Oil To The Ordering Party, Loading, Transport Of Oil To The Destination, Unloading Of Oil And The Issuance Of A Quality Certificate For Each Of The Deliveries And A Certificate Of Compliance With The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard.2) Deliveries Will Be Made To The Addresses Given Above, At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor, After Prior Notification Of The Demand. 3) Deliveries Will Be Made Within The Period Referred To In Chapter 16 Of The Swz (Time Of Execution Of The Individual Order That The Contractor Will Offer In His Offer), From The Date Of Submission Of A Written Order (By E-Mail To The E-Mail Address Indicated In The Contract), By The Ordering Party (Persons Responsible For The Implementation Of The Contract, In Accordance With § 9 Of The Contract Template, Annex No. 9 To The Swz).4) Requests Will Be Submitted On Business Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, At From 7:00 To 15:00.
