Task No. 1 - Bus Transportation Of Players Of The Municipal Youth Sports Center In Tychy (Mosm Tychy) To Sports Competitions In The Following Disciplines: Ice Hockey, Swimming, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, Athletics, Table Tennis, Boxing And Wrestling. During The Term Of The Contract, The Estimated Number Of Kilometers (Km) Is: Approximately 16,520 Km By A Motor Vehicle Such As: Coach, Including 5,020 Km - Trips Up To 100 Km, 11,500 Km - Trips Over 100 Km. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order No Earlier Than January 2, 2026 And No Later Than December 31, 2026. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Was Set By Date Due To The Fact That In The Budget The Communes Task Was Defined As One-Year. The Public Finance Act Obliges The Settlement Of Expenses Related To Its Implementation By December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs All Persons Performing Transport Services - Vehicle Driving - On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Perform The Services Only With The Help Of Employees With Professional Qualifications And Authorizations In Accordance With The Act Of January 5, 2011 On Vehicle Drivers (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1226) And The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490).If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Demonstrate Equivalence By Any (Reliable) Means. Failure To Demonstrate Equivalence Results In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
