Tender For General Consultants At Magleparken 10-14 In Ballerup, Where A Total Renovation And Rebuilding Of The Ventilation System Is To Be Done. The Building Was Built In 1969 And Comprises A Total Of 3,039 M² Distributed Over The Ground Floor And Partial Basement. The Project Covers This Scope: 1) Roof Renovation: Post-Insulation Of The Roof Surface, Including Replacement And Adaptation Of All Outlets, Incl. Skylights And Skylights Above The Internal Floor. 2) Ventilation System: Remodeling Of The System And Duct System, So That It Is Brought Up To Contemporary Standards With Updated Management Principles, Including Cts.
