Electrical Insulators – Making Deliveries To Replenish The Stock Reserve For Linear Porcelain Insulators Within A Period Of 60 Months. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery To Replenish The Stock Reserve Of Linear Porcelain Insulators. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Part Ii Of The Swz And Part Iv Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires At Least A 60-Month Warranty For All Delivered Insulators. The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Approval Of The Detailed Order Acceptance Protocol With A Positive Result. For The Same Period, The Contractor Shall Be Liable Under The Warranty For Physical Defects. Each Time, In All Cases In Which The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned. The Above Means That The Contractor May Use The Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Or Equivalent. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Act, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
