The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Delivery By Purchase Of Estimated Quantities Of Fodder For The Needs Of Southwest State Enterprise Dp. The Requirements For The Fodder - The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Indicated In The Technical Specification. The Estimated Value Of This Public Procurement Without The Option For Additional Quantities Included Is - 90,599.90 Eur/177,198 Bgn / One Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Eight Bgn / Without Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Order With The Option For Additional Quantities Included, Determined In Accordance With The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 2 Of The Zop As Of The Date Of The Decision On Its Opening And In Compliance With The Rules Of Art. 21, Para. 1 And Paragraph 8 Of The Civil Code, And Art. 27 Of The Ppzop Is In The Amount Of 117,779.87 Eur/230,357.40 Bgn /Two Hundred And Thirty Thousand Three Hundred And Fifty-Seven Bgn And Forty Cents/ Without Vat. Options For Additional Quantities: The Foreseen Options For Amending The Contract, According To Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Plo, Are The Following: Within The Contract Period Of 12 /Twelve/ Months, If Necessary, The Contracting Authority Foresees The Possibility Of Increasing The Quantities Of The Items Specified In The Technical Specification In The Amount Of Up To +30% (Plus Thirty Percent). The Estimated Value Of The Present Public Procurement, Including The Option For Additional Quantities, Is Eur 117,779.87/Bgn 230,357.40 /Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Seven Bgn And Forty Cents/ Excluding Vat. The Contracting Authority Does Not Undertake To Spend The Entire Amount Foreseen As A Financial Resource And Reserves The Right To Use The Delivery Subject To This Public Procurement, According To The Actual Need And Request Made.
